The norms for this she all achieved with over-fulfillment: at the 9th European Women's Championship in 2008 in Plovdiv , at the 3rd President's Cup in Baku , which began ten days after the European Championship, and at the U20 World Cup for women in August 2008 in Gaziantep . The title of Grand Master of Women (WGM) was awarded to her at the FIDE Congress in October 2011 on condition that she achieved an Elo rating of at least 2300. She achieved the norms for this with her gold medal at the U18 World Cup in 2010 and for her result of 4.5 points from 9 games at the 2011 European Women's Championship in Tbilisi , which was rated as the 20-game norm. Kazımova achieved the required Elo rating in February 2015. Although her published rating was below 2300, she exceeded this mark during the Azerbaijani women's championship in Baku in January 2015.
