Nancy Reno (born December 24, 1965 in Glen Ellyn ) is a former American beach volleyball player .
Career
Reno won the 1992/93 Open tournaments in Almería and Rio de Janeiro alongside Karolyn Kirby . 1995/96 you get six more tournament victories with Holly McPeak . The duo qualified for the 1996 Olympic Games and finished fifth in Atlanta after losing to the Australians Cook / Pottharst and the US duo Fontana / Hanley . At the first World Cup in 1997 , Reno won the bronze medal with Kirby after losing the semi-finals against McPeak and Lisa Arce . In 1998 Reno reached third place with Elaine Youngs at the Espinho Open. In the following year, after winning the tournament in Toronto (with McPeak) at the World Championships in Marseille at the side of Linda Hanley and finished 13th.
