use

Sodium malate is generally approved in the EU as a food additive with the number E 350 without maximum quantity restriction ( quantum satis ) as an acidity regulator for all foods. A maximum quantity restriction of 350 milligrams per liter (quantum satis) applies to lime and lemon juice.
