Wiehbruch nature reserve

The Wiehbruch nature reserve is a 39.93 hectare nature reserve (NSG) southwest of the village of Altenhof in the municipality of Wenden in the Olpe district in North Rhine-Westphalia . It was designated in 2008 by the district council with the landscape plan No. 4 Wenden - Drolshagen .

Area description

The NSG is a quell stream complex with near-natural source areas, swamp forests and wet grassland. There are rare plant species such as peat moss .
