The Nederlandse Klim- en Bergsport Vereniging (NKBV, German: Dutch Climbing and Mountaineering Association ) is the only significant Dutch alpine association and was formed in 1998 from the merger of the Koninklijke Nederlandse Alpen Vereniging (KNAV) with the Nederlandse Bergsport Vereniging (NBV, until 1996 : OeAV , section Holland ).
