Nedim Hasanbegović (born April 22, 1988 in Sarajevo ) is a German football player of Bosnian origin. He mainly plays in midfield as a " six ", but can also be used there in other defensive positions, as well as in defense .
Career
Nedim Hasanbegović played for Holstein Kiel in his youth before moving to the juniors of FC Schalke 04 . There he won the German A-Youth Championship in the 2005/06 season and also made his first appearances in the senior division for the Schalke second team. In 2009 he then moved to the reserve of the district rivals Borussia Dortmund . Here he made his professional league debut on August 7, 2009, when he played in the first half of the away game at Werder Bremen II on the 3rd matchday of the 2009/10 season in the 3rd division . After that he was a regular and completed all games of the Hinserie with one exception. In the second half of the season, however, he could no longer be used because he was suffering from a pubic bone inflammation. After the end of the season, which ended the Borussia in 18th place and thus a relegation place, he extended his expiring contract so that he played the 2010/11 season with Dortmund in the Regionalliga West .
For the 2011/12 season he moved to Rot-Weiß Oberhausen in the 3rd division. Hasanbegović commuted mostly between first and second team and came in the season on 13 third division appearances. After RWO's relegation to the regional league, he joined VfB Lübeck in summer 2012 . However, the club filed for bankruptcy during the winter break.
Hasanbegović moved to ETSV Weiche Flensburg for the 2013/14 season (since July 2017 SC Weiche Flensburg 08 ). Hasanbegović, who completed his training as a banker in Flensburg and is now studying business administration , is still playing for the regional league team in 2016.
