Nel Hedye Beltrán Santamaria (born December 24, 1941 in San Andrés , Colombia ) is a Colombian clergyman and bishop emeritus of Sincelejo .
Life
Nel Hedye Beltrán Santamaria received on 29 June 1964, the sacrament of Holy Orders .
On 29 April 1992 appointed him Pope John Paul II. To the Bishop of Sincelejo . The Apostolic Nuncio in Colombia, Archbishop Paolo Romeo , donated him episcopal ordination on June 6 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were the Archbishop of Cali , Pedro Rubiano Sáenz , and the Bishop of Barrancabermeja , Juan Francisco Sarasti Jaramillo CIM .
On March 15, 2014 Pope Francis accepted Nel Hedye Beltrán Santamaria's resignation due to illness.
