Nelson Francelino Ferreira (born February 26, 1965 in Sape , Paraíba , Brazil ) is a Brazilian clergyman and Roman Catholic bishop of the Bishop of Valença .

Life

Nelson Francelino Ferreira received on 4 August 1990 from the archbishop of Rio de Janeiro , Eugênio Cardinal de Araujo Sales , the sacrament of Holy Orders .

On November 24, 2010, Pope Benedict XVI appointed him . the titular of Alava and the auxiliary bishop of Rio de Janeiro. The Archbishop of São Sebastião do Rio de Janeiro, Orani Tempesta OCist , donated him and the Auxiliary Bishops Pedro Cunha Cruz and Paulo César Costa, who were appointed at the same time, episcopal ordination on February 5, 2011 ; Co- consecrators were the bishop emeritus of Nova Friburgo , Rafael Llano Cifuentes , and the bishop of Valença, Elias James Manning OFMConv .
