Neosho is a city of 10,505 inhabitants (2000) in Missouri . It is located 103 km southwest of Springfield , 165 km northeast of Tulsa , 64 km northwest of Rogers and 415 km southwest of St. Louis in the metropolitan area and belongs to Newton County .
