Neu Hagen is an eastern district of Lüneburg in Lower Saxony .

The district includes the area south and north of Dahlenburger Landstrasse and east of the confluence with Theodor-Heuss-Strasse. To the west of this is the Schützenplatz district . The name of the district is derived from a tiny, now incorporated, but now part of the Kaltenmoor district, east of the eastern bypass.

Economy and Infrastructure

The district has little infrastructure of its own, only a few shops, the Theodor-Körner-Kaserne of the Bundeswehr and, in the former Schliefen-Kaserne, an administrative center, a post office, a primary school (primary school Hagen) and two kindergartens; The facilities in Kaltenmoor are responsible for other things.
