A man or a woman was looking for a suitable partner among three people in the Caribbean .

Each candidate had a piquant secret. These were presented at the Top Secrets , but the man or woman did not find out which secret belonged to whom. The seeker met with the three people and had to guess which secret who had. The candidate with the worst secret had to leave. Then the two remaining candidates were allowed to invite the man or woman on a very special date. Then the final decision on a candidate was made.

The film was shot on Curaçao , Cuba , Jamaica and other Caribbean islands. In 2014, RTL II announced that it would discontinue the series due to persistently low viewership.
