Nicolas Bro (born March 16, 1972 in Copenhagen ) is a Danish actor .

Life

Nicolas Bro comes from a Danish family of actors. He is the son of the actor couple Helle Hertz and Christoffer Bro . His two aunts Vigga Bro and Lone Hertz have also become known as actresses. His brother Anders Peter Bro , his sister Laura Bro and his cousin Steen Stig Lommer and his wife Theresa Stougaard Bro are also active as actors. From 1994 to 1998 he attended the State Drama School in Copenhagen. He has been working as an actor for the Det Kongelige Teater since 2000. He was nominated for the national theater award Reumert in 2002 and was awarded in 2007 and 2008 in the category of best leading actor . Furthermore, he has been nominated and awarded several times for the Danish film prizes Robert and Bodil . Since 1998 he has appeared in more than 70 Danish film and television productions.
