Nicolas Lansky

Nicolas Lansky , also Nikolas Lansky (born August 12, 1939 in Gera ; † October 5, 2008 ) was a German actor .

Life

He grew up mostly in the Rhineland and in Munich and trained as a photographer after leaving school. He practiced this profession until 1966.

After taking private acting lessons, he made his debut at the Stadttheater Bern in 1966 . In 1967/68 he worked at the Tübingen State Theater . He then made guest appearances at the Münchner Kammerspiele , the Feuchtwangen Kreuzgangspiele and numerous tours. His roles included Tellheim in Minna von Barnhelm and Malvolio in What you want .

In the late 1970s, Lansky developed into a popular television actor who was featured in many series, including crime series such as Ein Fall für Zwei , Derrick , Der Alte and Tatort . Occasionally he also appeared in movies.

In 1977 he published the photo book Actors Without Masks . He showed his photographs at several exhibitions.

He died in 2008 after suffering from cancer for a long time.
