Nicole Süßmilch (born May 2, 1980 in Berlin ) is a German singer .
Career
Süßmilch had her first public appearances as a singer at the age of 14 and accompanied the rock band Puhdys on a tour at the age of 15 .
She became known to a wider audience as of autumn 2002 as a participant in the first season of the casting show Deutschland sucht den Superstar , where she finished sixth in the end. Shortly afterwards she played a supporting role in the music video for Daniel Küblböck's single You Drive Me Crazy .
At the beginning of 2005 she took part in the German preliminary decision for the Eurovision Song Contest , accompanied by the singer Marco Matias . With the title A Miracle of Love , produced by Ralph Siegel and Bernd Augener , she came second in the televoting . She then worked as a beautician. In April 2011 she took part in the casting for the show X Factor .
