The Niederbach is a year-round flowing water in the Karwendel in the area of the Soiern group .
It arises on the Grasbergalm southwest of the saddle between Pfetterkopf and Untergrasberg near the Leininghütte and flows approximately southeast. On the lower reaches of the Niederbachlalm at about 1075 m above sea level. NHN from the right to the Lerchenbach , whose length on the longest strand exceeds that of the Niederbach up to that point. Finally it passes a short hermitage , then it flows into the Fischbach from the left , just before the Seekargraben, which runs down opposite the Fermerkopf.
