Niedersteinmaur (also called Niedi in vernacular , which can also stand for Niederweningen ) is one of four districts of the Steinmaur community in the Wehntal.
geography
Niedersteinmaur is the only district that borders on all other districts, namely the Schiebler district to the southeast, Obersteinmaur to the north and Sünikon to the northwest . In the south Niedersteinmaur borders on Regensberg and thus on the Lägern . The district is about 4 square kilometers, about half a square kilometer is inhabited and the rest is used for agriculture.
