history
The knightly village was probably founded by a Nienasz in the early 14th century under German law . Between 1327 and 1347 the first parish was built in a wooden church. In 1421, the village owner Jan von Nienaszów pledged half of the village to Gotard , which according to some sources was the first written mention of Nienaszów.
The place initially belonged to the Kingdom of Poland (from 1569 in the aristocratic republic of Poland-Lithuania to the Krakow Voivodeship , Biecz district ). The local church was changed to an Arian prayer house during the Reformation under the Chomentowski family around 1595 . H. of the Polish Brothers . The Roman Catholic priest was supported by local farmers. From 1618/1619 the local church was again Catholic.
During the first partition of Poland in 1772, Nienaszów became part of the new Kingdom of Galicia and Lodomeria of the Habsburg Empire (from 1804). After the abolition of patrimonial it became a parish in the Jasło district . In 1889 the new brick church was consecrated.
In 1918, after the end of the First World War and the collapse of the Austro-Hungarian monarchy, Nienaszów became part of Poland. This was only interrupted by the occupation of Poland by the Wehrmacht in World War II . As early as September 9, 1939, the village was "pacified" by German occupiers through violence and 10 residents were shot. In 1944 the village was forcibly relocated in order to prepare the defense against the Soviet Union. 5 unruly families (22 people) were killed. When the war front moved through, only the church and the rectory proved their worth.
From 1975 to 1998 Nienaszów was part of the Krosno Voivodeship .
