Nikos Voutsis
Nikolaos "Nikos" Voutsis ( Greek Νίκος Βούτσης , born March 4, 1951 in Athens ) is a Greek politician . In the Alexis Tsipras I government , he was Minister of the Interior from January to August 2015 , and after the early elections in September 2015 he was elected President of Parliament.
Life
Voutsis studied civil engineering at the Technical University of Athens . He was also active in this field before his political career. Since 2012, he sits as SYRIZA - deputy in the Greek parliament and took over after the election of 2015, the leadership of the Interior Ministry.

Voutsis is married to Angeliki Papazoglou and has three children.
