Nina Divíšková
Nina Divíšková (born July 12, 1936 in Brno , Czechoslovakia , † June 21, 2021 in Prague ) was a Czech actress .
Life
Nina Divíšková became known through a German film: in 1967 she starred alongside Bruno Ganz in Haro Senft's Der soft Lauf . In her home country she was seen in Jiří Svoboda's Time out (1979) and in Karel Kachyňa's Counting Sheep (1980) alongside Vlastimil Brodský, among others. In 1982 she was cast again for a German film. In Gabi Kubach's rendezvous in Paris , she played the nanny of the overwhelmed young mother Claude Jade . The camera of Helge Weindler presented Claude Jade and the menacing Divíšková in homage to Joan Fontaineand Judith Anderson in Alfred Hitchcock's Rebecca .
In addition to Czech films, such as the secret society “Golden Ball” , and television productions such as The Squids from the Second Floor , Divíšková has repeatedly worked in German film productions . In 1991 she appeared as a fairy in Der Froschkönig alongside Iris Berben and Michael Degen . She also played the character of Elizabeth Peachum alongside Libuše Šafránková and Jeremy Irons in the Threepenny Opera, staged by Menahem Golan and Jiří Menzel . In France she received roles in The Life of Marianne and Maigret: Madame Quatre et ses enfants .
Most recently she worked alongside Gedeon Burkhard in Joseph Vilsmaier's The Last Train (2006).
