Nirley da Silva Fonseca , called Nirley , (born April 9, 1988 in Itaocara , RJ ) is a Brazilian soccer player . The right-footer is used in defense as a central defender .

Career

Nirley started his professional career at Americano FC (RJ) . At the beginning of his career, he was loaned to various lower-class clubs. In 2010 he played with Americano in the Campeonato Carioca . The following year, he moved to Criciúma EC in the Série B . He played his first game in the league on June 15, 2011 against AS Arapiraquense . Nirley scored his first goal for the club the following year. In the Copa do Brasil , he scored on March 14, 2012 against Madureira EC in the 48th minute to make it 1-0 (2-0). He also scored his first goal in Series B that year. In the game against AS Arapiraquense he scored in the 58th minute to make it 2-0 (2-1). At the end of the season was Criciúma as runners as promoted in the Series A fixed.

The player did not make this ascent. At the start of the 2013 season, Nirley was initially loaned to Cruzeiro Belo Horizonte . With this he entered the state championship of Minas Gerais and was runner-up. At the start of the league, he was loaned to Figueirense FC , which played in Série B that year. The club finished the season in fourth place and thus achieved promotion to the Série A. This time Nirley was able to make the promotion. Figueirense took it over firmly from Criciúma .
