The Nive d'Arnéguy is a river that runs in Spain (Province of Navarra ) and France ( Département Pyrénées-Atlantiques , Region Nouvelle-Aquitaine ). It rises under the name Rio Luzane in the area of the Spanish municipality of Roncesvalles and generally drains north-west through the Basque Country , about the top six kilometers of which is on Spanish territory, another six kilometers as a border river between Spain and France, then exclusively on French territory. After around 21 kilometers, the river flows into the Nive as a left tributary at the municipal boundary of Uhart-Cize and Ascarat .
