In the new franchise , Syndergaard operated both at Advanced A Level for the St. Lucie Mets and at AA level for the Binghamton Mets in 2013 and made a total of 23 starts there. The following year he was promoted to the top-class minor league team of the Mets to the Las Vegas 51s , where he made 26 starts and a win-loss of 9: 7. In 2015 he started again with the 51s, won his first three games in a row and was named to the 40-man roster of the Major League team.

In the regular season of the 2015 MLB season , he was allowed to start 24 times and ended his first MLB season with an ERA of 3.24 and a record of 9: 7 wins. Since the Mets won their division, Syndergaard also played in the playoffs in his first year in the MLB. In the National League Division Series 2015, he pitched Game 2, in which he received a loss. In the second inning of the game he allowed five runs alone. In the fifth game in the series, he was first used as a relief pitcher , threw an inning, and thereby helped the Mets to win the series and qualify for the 2015 National League Championship Series . In the 4-0 sweep against the Cubs in the NLCS, Syndergaard started in Game 2 and booked his first win in a playoff match. The Mets reached the World Series 2015 , Noah Syndergaard started in game 3 of the series and won the 9: 3 success of the Mets at Citi Field against the Kansas City Royals . It was the only win for the Mets in the series, which was lost with 1: 4 games.

Syndergaard was also an integral part of the starting rotation of the Mets in the 2016 season . On July 5, 2016, he was nominated for the National League squad for the 2016 MLB All-Star Game , but did not take part in the game. He finished the season with a win-loss of 14–9.
