Norbert Wodarzik (born August 13, 1935 ) is a former German soccer player .

Career

Beginning

Wodarzik last played in the youth department of Hannover 96 in 1955 before he moved to the Frankfurt area with his parents. For one season he was active for SpVgg Griesheim 02 , a district club in Frankfurt , before he was signed by 1. FC Kaiserslautern . The free-kick specialist previously used in the right midfield now acted together with world champions such as Horst Eckel , Werner Kohlmeyer , Werner Liebrich , Ottmar and Fritz Walter in the Oberliga Südwest from the 1956/57 season . In his first season for the "Red Devils", he played not only 13 league games in which he scored six goals, but won with them confidently the championship . In the following season he scored as many as the regular players Miksa and Fritz Walter with five goals, but he was only used in seven point games, which probably moved him to move to SSV Reutlingen .

From 1958 to 1962 Wodarzik was a regular at SSV Reutlingen , played 105 games in the Oberliga Süd and scored 35 goals. For the 1962/63 season he was signed by FC Bayern Munich , for which he played 13 goalless league games. His debut took place on August 26, 1962 (2nd matchday) at SSV Reutlingen, which - although Bayern were already leading 3-0 goals at the break - with Rainer Ohlhauser's goal in the 71st minute, a draw 4-4 ended. At international club level, he was only used in the quarter-final second leg of the trade fair cup in the goalless draw on April 3, 1963 in Zagreb. SC Gröbenzell as a player- coach. Norbert Wodarzik now lives in a suburb of Munich and regularly visits the old men regulars table of FC Bayern.
