Noriko Hidaka

Noriko Hidaka ( Japanese 日 高 / 日 髙 の り 子 , Hidaka Noriko , civil: Noriko Nagai ( 永 井 範 子 , Nagai Noriko ); born May 31, 1962 in Chiyoda , Tokyo as Noriko Itō ( 伊 東 範 子 , Itō Noriko )) is a Japanese Actress, singer and voice actress ( seiyū ).

biography

She attended the Fujimi Elementary School of Chiyoda ( 千代 田 区 立 富士 見 小学校 , Chiyoda-kuritsu Fujimi shōgakkō ), then the Kudan Middle School of Chiyoda ( 千代 田 区 立 九段 中 学校 , Chiyoda-kuritsu Kudan chūgakkō ) and finally the Shakuin high school for girls ( 頌 栄 女子 学院 高等学校 , Shōei joshi gakuin kōtō gakkō ). As a child she already gained acting experience. As a high school student, she sang the opening credits to the anime Futago no Monchhichi ( ふ た ご の モ ン チ ッ チ , Futago no Monchitchi ) in January 1980 , which was also released as her first single. She attended a short college , but dropped out. On December 1, 1980, she made her debut as an idol with Hatsukoi Sunshine . In 1982 she was featured in a Japanese TV commercial for Nivea Skin Milk. In 1984 she had her first role as voice actress in Chōjikū Kidan Southern Cross . Better known as a dubbing actress in the female lead in the 1985-1987 film adaptation of Manga Touch . In 1992 she married the radio director Kōichi Nagai ( 永 井 浩 一 , Nagai Kōichi ) and had a son in 1996.

With her colleagues from Ranma ½ Kikuko Inoue , Megumi Hayashibara , Rei Sakuma and Minami Takayama she formed the music group DoCo and without Takayama the music group Ties .

She worked as a voice actress for 81 Produce from 1996 to 2006 . On January 19, 2009, she founded her own agency Combination with Yūji Mitsuya .

Together with the radio announcer Futoshi Hasegawa, she has had a joint weekly radio show on the station Bunka Hōsō called Nonko to Nobita no Anime Scramble ( ノ ン 子 と の び 太 の ア ア ニ メ ス ク ラ ン ブ ル ) since April 14, 1991 , which will celebrate its 1000th anniversary on June 12, 2010.
