Norisbeth Isais Agudo Gonzalez (born May 22, 1992 in Carabobo ) is a Venezuelan beach volleyball player .

Career

In 2010 Agudo took part in the Youth World Cup in Porto with Carmen Roxana Salazar Malave . At the Junior World Championships in 2011 and 2012 in Halifax , she reached 17th place with Gloriangel Iriarte and Cristel Veronica Gonzalez Garcia. The same result was achieved at the U23 World Cup 2013 in Mysłowice with Valeria De Los Angeles Ramirez Caldera. In 2014 Agudo formed a new duo with Gabriela Brito . After they had achieved top five placements several times on the continental tour, they completed their first open tournaments on the FIVB World Tour in Puerto Vallarta and Anapa . In addition, Agudo played again with her partner at the U23 World Cup in Mysłowice.

She then formed a duo with Olaya Pérez Pazo . Until the end of the year, Pazo / Agudo played at the Grand Slams in Stare Jabłonki and São Paulo as well as the Paraná Open. At the beginning of 2015 they achieved a tournament victory and further top placements on the continental tour. They then completed various open and major tournaments on the World Tour as well as the Grand Slams in Moscow and Saint Petersburg ; her best result was 17th place in Lucerne . The two Venezuelans achieved the same result at the Beach Volleyball World Cup in the Netherlands in 2015 , when they made it into the knockout round as second in the group and were eliminated from the later finalists Lima / Fernanda from Brazil. At the Grand Slam in Long Beach and the Puerto Vallarta Open, Agudo competed again with Gabriela Brito. In 2016 she was on the World Tour and continentally again with Pazo. At the Continental Cup of the CSV , Pazo / Agudo prevailed against the South American competition and qualified for the Olympic Games .
