Fernanda Berti Alves (born June 29, 1985 in São Joaquim da Barra , São Paulo ) is a Brazilian volleyball and beach volleyball player .

Career hall

Fernanda Berti Alves played indoor volleyball from 2002 to 2012. First she played in her home country at Campos ACF, EC São Caetano , Brasil Telecom and EC Pinheiros . In 2007/08 Berti Alves was active in South Korea at KT&G Daejeon and in 2008/09 in Italy at Pallavolo Cesena . Then the outside attacker returned to Brazil and played for Sport / BMG, for Praia Clube and most recently for Vôlei Futuro. Berti Alves won the U20 World Cup with the national junior team in 2003. From 2005 to 2011 she also played in the senior national team and was South American champion in 2005 . In 2011 she won the gold medal at the Universiade and became military world champion.

Career Beach

Berti Alves played beach volleyball alongside Elize Secomandi Maia in 2013 and 2014 . The two Brazilians played mainly on the South America Tour, where they almost without exception reached the finals and achieved six tournament victories. Since July 2014 Taiana Lima Berti Alves was a new partner, with whom she was victorious at the second joint FIVB tournament in The Hague . In 2015, the Brazilians became vice world champions in the Netherlands . In the following year Berti Alves first played with Josi Alves and since October 2016 with Bárbara Seixas .
