North Las Vegas is a city in Clark County in the US state of Nevada . The city is located in the greater Las Vegas area and thus belongs to the Las Vegas metropolitan area, in which over 2 million people live. North Las Vegas, like Las Vegas itself, is currently one of the fastest growing cities in the United States. The population of North Las Vegas has more than quintupled since 1980.
The city also has Nellis Air Force Base and North Las Vegas Airport .
The Sky Haven Airport since 1 December 1941. The city was incorporated on May 16, 1946th
