Novobohdaniwka ( Ukrainian Новобогданівка , Russian Новобогдановка Novobogdanowka ) is a village in the Ukrainian Oblast of Zaporizhia with about 3,600 inhabitants (2004).
The village was founded in 1862 and expanded as the railway line was built. The village was occupied by the Wehrmacht between October 5, 1941 and October 26, 1943 .
geography
Novobohdaniwka is located in the north of Melitopol Rajon, 31 km north of the city of Melitopol and 100 km south of the Zaporizhia Oblast center, conveniently located on the M 18 / E 105 highway and the T-08-11 territorial road . In addition, the village is a railway junction on the Nova Kachowka - Tokmak and the Sevastopol – Kharkiv railway with the Fedorivka railway station.
To 137.754 km ² district municipality with a total of 5000 inhabitants whose administrative center Novobohdanivka is, are still the villages Perschostepaniwka ( Першостепанівка ⊙ ) with about 15 population, Prywilne ( Привільне ⊙ ) of about 160 population, Trojizke ( Троїцьке ⊙ ) with about 360 inhabitants and the settlement Widrodschennja ( Відродження ⊙ ) with about 780 inhabitants.
