The Oesber Bach is a 2.285 km long orographically right tributary of the Wimberbach in the North Rhine-Westphalian Menden or functions almost its entire length as a border brook to the city of Arnsberg . The brook rises on the northwest slope of the Hensenberg southwest of Vosswinkel and northeast of Oesbern at an altitude of 240  m above sea level. NN and flows in a northerly direction at 190  m above sea level. NN in the Wimberbach.

The stream overcomes a height difference of 50 m on its way, which corresponds to a mean bed gradient of 22.7 ‰ over a length of 2.199 km. The brook drains over the Wimberbach, the Ruhr and the Rhine to the North Sea .
