Okan Derici (born April 16, 1993 in Giessen ) is a German - Turkish soccer player .
Career
societies
Derici first played for Eintracht Lollar and TSG Wieseck in his youth, before moving to Eintracht Frankfurt in 2008 . He was a regular in both the B and A youth. For the 2011/12 season he moved to Turkey for first division club Galatasaray Istanbul . In this, however, he could not prevail. He played mainly for the second team and only made one mandatory appearance in the Turkish Cup for the professionals .
For the 2013/14 season he moved to the German 3rd division to Rot-Weiß Erfurt. In Erfurt , too , Derici is mostly used in the second team.
In February 2014 Derici moved again to Turkey. This time for the first division club Torku Konyaspor . For the 2014/15 season he was loaned to Kırklarelispor and for the season to Anadolu Selçukspor .
In the summer transfer period of 2016 he was signed by the second division Büyükşehir Gaziantepspor and loaned to the league rivals Altınordu Izmir for the second half of the 2016/17 season and handed over to them in January 2019.
National team
Derici started his national team career only in the Turkish U-16 national team and later decided to play for the German U-17 national team. After two missions for the German U-17 selection, he returned to the Turkish youth national teams.
He played for both German and Turkish youth national teams.
