Olabisi Afolabi (born October 31, 1975 in Ilorin ) is a Nigerian sprinter who mainly competed in the 400-meter run .

On her special course she became Junior World Champion in Lisbon in 1994 . At the African Games she won the bronze medal in Harare in 1995 and the silver medal in Johannesburg in 1999 . She also took part in the World Athletics Championships in 1995, 1997, 1999 and 2003 , reaching the semi-finals three times. At the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney she failed in the preliminary stages.

She celebrated the greatest success of her career with the Nigerian 4 x 400 meter relay at the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta . Together with Fatima Yusuf , Charity Opara and Falilat Ogunkoya , she won the silver medal behind the quartet of the United States and ahead of the German relay team in 3: 21.04 min .

Olabisi Afolabi has a competition weight of 62 kg with a height of 1.75 m.
