Ole Plogstedt , actually Olaf Plogstedt, (* 1968 in Berlin ) is a German chef , television chef and entrepreneur . He gained fame through his participation in the reality TV cooking show Das Fast Food-Duell as well as in the docu-soap Die Kochprofis - Use at the stove .

Life

Ole Plogstedt completed his training as a chef at the Steigenberger hotel in Berlin. Later he worked in various restaurants in Hamburg . In 1993, together with Jörg Raufeisen, he founded a company for tour and event catering, the Rote-Gourmet-Fraktion (RGF), which is responsible for catering for Jan Delay and Die Toten Hosen on their tours. The RGF regularly supports charity events such as “Cooking against Laws” and “Cooking against Aids”. In 2009 Plogstedt took part in the 7th Wok World Championship . Also in the show Hagen helps! Plogstedt already appeared. Plogstedt wrote the book Rote Gourmet Fraktion: Cooking for Rockstars about his experiences as a cook for musicians . Plogstedt is a member of the association "Top Chefs for Africa".

From 2010 to 2017 he was a co-protagonist of the docu-soap Die Kochprofis - Use at the stove on RTL II. In episode 350 on April 6, 2017, his last appearance was on the show. Since September 2011 he has also been a juror in the kitchen battle .

In addition to RGF, Plogstedt has been running RGF-Gastgeberei GmbH since October 2000, which opened insolvency proceedings on January 28, 2011. From May 2012 to May 15, 2016, he and his wife ran the “Olsen” restaurant in Hamburg-Eimsbüttel , whose kitchen, according to his own statement, also focused on vegetarian dishes.

Ole Plogstedt is married and has 3 children.
