Volha Kudraschowa (born November 25, 1978 ) is a former Belarusian biathlete.

After Wolha Kudraschowa in Obertilliach immediately came eighth at her first start in the European Cup, she has been used in the biathlon World Cup in Hochfilzen since the second World Cup of the 2006/07 season . In her first race, an individual, she was able to score first points as 25th. In the following period she collected points at all starts before the Biathlon World Championships 2007 in Antholz . At the pursuit race in Pokljuka , she came eighth for the first time under the top 10. In the relay Kudraschowa was used before her first international individual start in Hochfilzen and was sixth with this. In Oberhof the placement could be improved by one rank.

Volha Kudraschowa took part in the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver. It started in singles (16th place) and with the relay (7th place).
