Olga Tsarbopoulou ( Greek Όλγα Τσαρμπόπουλου , born June 19, 1968 ) is a former Greek tennis player .

Career

Tsarbopoulou won two individual titles in the ITF Women's Circuit during her career . On the WTA Tour she reached the main round for the first time by qualifying at the Chrysler Tournament of Champions 1985 . where she lost to Debbie Spence 2: 6 and 1: 6 in the first round .

At the 1983 Mediterranean Games in Casablanca , she won a bronze medal in singles. And the gold medal in doubles at the 1987 Mediterranean Games in Latakia .

For her country of birth, she took part in the 1988 Summer Olympics in singles in Seoul . After she played her way into the main draw via qualification, she lost there in the first round against Mercedes Paz 6: 7 7 and 3: 6.

Between 1983 and 1990 she played for the Greek Fed Cup team , for which she won eight of their 31 games.
