Olga Viktorovna Savyalova
Olga Wiktorowna Sawjalowa ( Russian Ольга Викторовна Завьялова ; born August 24, 1972 near Leningrad ) is a Russian cross-country skier .
Olga Sawjalowa, who had already won the silver medal with the Soviet cross-country relay at the Junior World Championships in Reit im Winkl in 1991 under her birth name Kornijewa, won gold in the 30 km freestyle as well as bronze in the 10 km at the Nordic World Ski Championships in 2003 in Val di Fiemme -Pursuit, over 15 kilometers classic and with the team. In February 2005, she won her first World Cup race in Reit im Winkl (together with Yevgenia Medwedewa-Arbusowa ). At the Nordic World Ski Championships in Sapporo in 2007 , she was world champion in the 15 km pursuit and won the silver medal in the 10 km freestyle.
