The duo synchronized swimming at the 2012 Olympic Games in London was held from August 5th to 7th, 2012 in the London Aquatics Center . 48 athletes who formed 24 duets took part.
The qualification included a technical program and a free freestyle. The ratings were added up and the 12 best duets made it to the finals. In the final a free freestyle was swum. The technique rating from the qualification was added to the freestyle rating.
