The Mongolia adopted the X. 1968 Winter Olympics in the French Grenoble with a delegation of seven athletes in three disciplines in part, all of them men. None of the athletes managed to win a medal.
The standard bearer at the opening ceremony was the speed skater Luvsansharavyn Tsend .
