Hungary took part in the X. Winter Olympic Games in 1968 in Grenoble, France, with a delegation of ten athletes in four disciplines, eight of them men and two women. None of the athletes managed to win a medal.

The standard bearer at the opening ceremony was the speed skater Mihály Martos .
