Onyshkivtsi ( Ukrainian Онишківці ; Russian Онишковцы Onischkowzy ) is a village in the Ukrainian Rivne Oblast with about 250 inhabitants (2001).

The village lies on the border with Ternopil Oblast at an altitude of 225  m at the source of an unnamed 7.5 km long left tributary of the Ikwa , 16 km southwest of the Smyha community center , 35 km southwest of the Dubno district center and 80 km southwest of the center of the oblast Rivne . The territorial road T-18-21 runs through the village .

The first written information about the village, which was founded by loggers from the town of Kremenez 13 km to the south-east, comes from documents from 1570. Since 2016, the village has been part of the administrative community of Smyha ( Смизька територіальна громада Smyska terytorialna hromada ) in the south-western part of the Dubonian district .

In Onyschkiwzi located on the territory of the monastery Hermitage of the Righteous Anna the source of St. Anne of the righteous ( Джерело Святої Праведної Анни ). It is a religious pilgrimage site and a hydrological natural monument of local importance.
