Oregon University System
The Oregon University System (abbreviation OUS) was an association of the last seven state universities and colleges in the US state of Oregon . A total of 96,960 students studied at the facilities of the OUS system in the 2010 winter semester. The Chancellor of the State university system was appointed by the Oregon State Board of Higher Education . It was disbanded in 2015.

In 2015, the association consisted of the following universities and colleges:
- Eastern Oregon University at La Grande
- Oregon Institute of Technology in Klamath Falls
- Oregon State University at Corvallis
- Portland State University in Portland
- Southern Oregon University at Ashland
- University of Oregon at Eugene
- Western Oregon University at Monmouth
There was a close collaboration with Oregon Health and Science University .
