Orienteering World Cup 1986

The Orienteering World Cup in 1986 was the first edition of the international orienteering series. Eight competitions were held in Europe and North America between May 1st and October 5th.

A total of runners from 25 nations took part. There were 30 points for a competition victory. The best four results ultimately made it into the overall ranking. Here won Kent Olsson from Sweden and Ellen Sofie Olsvik from Norway.
