Ortwin Speer

Ortwin Speer (born January 26, 1938 ; † 1995 ) was a German actor and voice actor .

Life

Speer was seen as an actor in a few roles in television productions from the 1960s .

As its first film appearance, the IMDb film database lists the television film Preis der Freiheit from 1966, a television production by NDR directed by Egon Monk , in which Speer was seen alongside Eberhard Fechner and Lutz Mackensy as an NVA soldier Hönisch . In 1978, he played a policeman in the Warsaw ghetto in the US miniseries Holocaust - The Story of the White Family .

Speer mainly worked as a voice actor, where he voiced his voice in lesser known films including Christopher Reeve , Liam Neeson , Jonathan Frakes and Roddy McDowall . In the TV series Alone Against the Mafia , he was also the German voice of the banker and Mafia boss Tano Cariddi , who was played by Remo Girone .

Speer also acted as a speaker in radio plays , including the radio plays from the Professor van Dusen series by Michael Koser from the late 1970s .
