Oschtblock Kuabuaba or OBK is the name of an eight-member hip-hop band from Graubünden . The members are Gimma , Lou Geniuz , Sir Beni Styles, Orange, Ali de Bengali, LIV, Cigi and DJ Fat Freedom.
history
OBK was founded in 1996 by Gimma, Ali de Bengali, Damos , Hyphen and DJ Chronex. The line-up changed over the next ten years, leaving only Gimma and Ali of the original group. New additions include the former Swiss champion in freestyle rap , LIV, Cigi and rapper Orange from the band Liricas Analas .
The cheerful Oschtblock Kuabuaba rap in three different languages: Bündnerdeutsch , Italian and Romansh . In March 2008, Hueremichi launched OBK TV , a monthly docu-soap, on the Oschtblock Kuabuaba. On May 9, 2008, the single and the video Feria was released in Guantanamo . The album America is Back followed on the 23rd .
