Oskar Lichtenstein

Oskar Sally Heinrich Lichtenstein (born May 15, 1852 in Frankfurt am Main , † December 10, 1914 in Elsheim ) was a Hessian landowner, politician ( Freinn ) and member of the 2nd Chamber of the Estates of the Grand Duchy of Hesse .

Oskar Lichtenstein was the son of the businessman and music teacher Leopold Lichtenstein and his wife Julie, née Marcuse. Lichtenstein, who was of Jewish faith later converted to the Protestant faith and married Mathilde, born Kehrer (* 1854) in Frankfurt on May 18, 1889. Lichtenstein lived as a landowner on the Windhäuser Hof . He was honored with the title of an economics council.

From 1890 to 1896 he was a member of the Second Chamber of the Estates. He was elected for the constituency Rheinhessen 9 / Ober-Ingelheim .
