The Ostružná , also Pstružná (German Wostruzna ) is a left tributary of the Otava in the Czech Republic .

The Ostružná rises in the Bohemian Forest at the southeastern foot of the Javorná ( Ahornberg , 1090 m) in the nature reserve Zhůřská pláň near the hamlet of Keply (Köppeln) at 975 m altitude. It flows first over Gerlův Dvůr (Gerlhof) , Svinná (Swina) , Buchar (Pucher) , Hamerské Údolí (Hammerthal) , Javorná (Seewiesen) , Eisnerův Dvůr (Eisnerhof) and Poschingrův Dvůr (Poschingerhof) in a north-west direction. At Onen Svět (Jenewelt) the stream changes its direction of flow to the northeast. The villages Zejbišský Dvůr (Seewieserhof) , Motlova Pila, Jesení (Gesen) , U Špičáku and Čachrov follow , where the stream flows around the mountain Zahrádka (819 m) before the Ostružná turns to the southeast. About Rajský Mlyn (Paradeismühle) , Braníčkov, Zahrádka, Nemilkov, Kouklovna the further course of the river leads up to Velhartice . Here the river changes direction to the northeast. The Ostružná then flows via Tajanov, Konín, Ujčín, Nový Ovčín and Starý Ovčín to Kolinec , where the river turns south-easterly after an arch around the mountain Rovina (723 m).
