Hrádek (German Hradek , 1939–45: Bürgel ) is a municipality in the Czech Republic . It is located four kilometers north of Sušice and belongs to the Okres Klatovy .
geography
Hrádek is located in the foothills of the Bohemian Forest on the Ostružná river . The Svatobor (845 m) rises to the south . The Horažďovice předměstí – Klatovy railway and the state road II / 187 between Sušice and Kolinec run through the village .
history
The first written mention of the village comes from 1298. Today's Zbynice district was mentioned as early as 1169 and Čejkovy as early as 1045.
Community structure
The municipality Hrádek consists of the districts Čejkovy ( Tschejkow even Scheikow ) Čermná ( Tscherma even Scherma ), Hradek ( Hradek ) Kašovice ( Kaschowitz ) Odolenov ( Wodolenow ) Tedražice ( Tedraschitz ) and Zbynice ( Zbinitz even Sbinitz ) . Basic settlement units are Čejkovy, Čermná, Hrádek, Kašovice, Odolenov, Puchverk ( Puchwerk ), Tedražice, V Luhu ( Podzdaun ) and Zbynice. Hrádek also includes the Cihelna, Dalovice ( Dalowitz ), Pazderna, Vodolenka ( Wodolenka ), Zamyslice ( Zamislitz ) and Zdouň ( Zdaun ) layers .
The municipality is divided into the cadastral districts of Čejkovy, Čermná, Hrádek u Sušice, Odolenov, Tedražice and Zbynice.
Attractions
The castle in Hrádek was reopened in 2010 after reconstruction. On the premises there is a hotel with a restaurant, a museum for František Pravda , the chapel of St. Walburga and a park.
