Vrhaveč (German Werhawetsch , formerly Wrhawec ) is a municipality in the Czech Republic . It is located six kilometers south of Klatovy and belongs to the Okres Klatovy .
geography
Vrhaveč is located in the valley of the Drnový creek in the Strážovská vrchovina ( Drosau Uplands ). To the northeast rises the Holý vrch (545 m), in the east the Lipka (554 m) and the Červ (609 m), to the southeast the Babí hora (616 m), in the south the Úliště (690 m), southwest the Na Běhání ( 605 m) and in the northwest the Holinka (544 m). The European route 53 / state road I / 27 between Klatovy and Železná Ruda and the railway line Horaž sowieovice předměstí – Klatovy runs through Vrhaveč .
Neighboring places are Malá Víska and Luby in the north, U Mlýna, Sobětice, Hejno and Újezdec in the north-east, Srbice , U Ublů and V Klapárně in the east, U Hájníků, Křištín, Střeziměř and Chlistovnay , Čhlistovnayn, Český Královýn, Český Krýn, Český Královýn, and Český Královýn, Český Královýn in the south-east in the south, Lehom, Loučany, Pláň, Javor and Klenová in the south-west, Horní Lhota and Týnec in the west and Vacovy, V Oborách and Loreta in the north-west.
history
The Vrhavcův Dvůr farm was first mentioned in 1379. In the middle of the 17th century, Wilhelm Albrecht von Kolowrat -Krakowsky acquired the Kouskova Lhota estate and added it to his rule Teinitzl . Wrhawec remained subordinate to Teinitzl until the middle of the 19th century.
After the abolition of patrimonial formed Vrhaveč / Wrhawec 1850 a district of the municipality Malá Véska in the judicial district Klatovy. From 1868 the village belonged to the Klattau district . From 1899 Vrhavec formed its own municipality. The current place name Vrhaveč has been used since 1916. In 1961 Malá Víska, Neznašovy and Radinovy were incorporated.
Community structure
The municipality Vrhaveč consists of the districts and cadastral districts Malá Víska ( Maloweska , 1939–45 villages ), Neznašovy ( Nesnaschau ), Radinovy ( Radinau ) and Vrhaveč ( Werhawetsch ). To Vrhaveč also includes the hamlet Černé Kravy and Hejno and the monolayer Cihelna, Dubový Mlyn, U Hájníků, V Klapárně and Zavadilka.
