Oswald Pfeiffer

Oswald Pfeiffer (born February 23, 1970 in Beirut , Lebanon ) is a German producer and songwriter . Pfeiffer appeared as an interpreter under his stage name "Osssy". He is also known as the stadium singer of the title "96 - Alte Liebe", which he sings live first with Dete Kuhlmann and since 2017 with Anca Graterol at the home games in the HDI-Arena of the Bundesliga club Hannover 96 .

Life

Oswald Pfeiffer's mother Claudette was a diplomat in Beirut, his father a fashion designer, entrepreneur and consultant. Pfeiffer went to St. Edward's College in Beirut. During the Lebanese civil war , his father's boutique and manufacturing facility was bombed and the family fled Lebanon in 1976 . Pfeiffer then lived in Alexandria, Cairo , Istanbul , Valletta , Baghdad and Manila . In 1985 the family returned to Germany and Pfeiffer attended the Schloss Gaienhofen boarding school on Lake Constance. In 1988 the family finally moved to Isernhagen near Hanover. Here he later went to business school and graduated. In 1989 he opened his own fashion boutique. Oswald Pfeiffer has been in a relationship with the singer and producer Anca Graterol since 1992 and lives with her in Hanover .

Oswald Pfeiffer founded his first band, Take Up Sticks , together with Patrick Manzecchi and Olaf Stötzler in 1986. In 1990 Pfeiffer joined the band “Big Mama & The Kids” as a drummer, which was founded by his partner Anca Graterol. Pfeiffer also played with Catena, Sweety Glitter, Purple Pirates, Moon'Doc , Blackstage, Mit 18, Yargos, Dodoleo, Real Rough Riders and Philip Carpenter. Pfeiffer has been a music producer since 1990 , first in the Cat House Studio, then in the Frida Park Studio. Pfeiffer is also the interpreter and producer of the Hannover 96 club anthem "96 - Alte Liebe". With Philip Carpenter he appeared as the opening act for Mario Barth at the Olympiastadion Berlin . He is currently working with Jane (rock band) , Gunter Gabriel and Jutta Weinhold , among others . Pfeiffer is currently working on a world music project with Gero Drnek from Fury in the Slaughterhouse . Pfeiffer also works as a composer and producer for film, television and advertising.

His first album Serum was released on February 24, 2012 . On March 15th, 2014 his second album "Serum 2.0" Current band: "Ignore The Sign"
