Otmar Petschnig

Otmar Petschnig (born June 18, 1925 in Klagenfurt , Carinthia ; † October 11, 1991 there ) was an Austrian politician of the Austrian People's Party (ÖVP).

education and profession

After attending elementary school , he went to high school and graduated from high school in 1943. In the same year he was accepted into the NSDAP and assigned the membership number 9.652.786. Between 1947 and 1950 he went to the University for World Trade as a working student . In 1950 he graduated with the title Dipl.-Ing. from. From 1946 to 1952 he was an employee . Between 1953 and 1969 he was a partner in Franz Fleischmann OHG . In 1969 he was a managing partner of the company Fleischmann und Petschnig-Dachdeckungsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG. In 1972 he founded the company Estrich-Bau Ges.mbH and was then a managing partner of this company. He carried the title of Commercial Councilor .
