Otto Christian Albrecht Ludwig von Rohr (born November 25, 1763 in Trieplatz (Ruppin district); † February 27, 1839 in Berlin ) was a royal Prussian major general and most recently commander of the 6th Kurmark Landwehr infantry regiment and a member of the General- Order Commission.

Life

His parents were Georg Moritz von Rohr (* June 4, 1713; † August 11, 1793) and his second wife, Sophie Charlotte Ottilie von Wahlen-Jürgaß (* 1738; † August 24, 1769).

Military career

He came on March 1, 1778 Corporal Corporal in the Infantry Regiment. 5, . When the Fourth Coalition War broke out in 1806 , he fought in the Battle of Auerstedt . After the Peace of Tilsit , he received the on December 13, 1807 character as Major and his dismissal. In 1809 he was still on half pay , only on June 12, 1810 did he return as a major with a patent from May 21, 1810. He died on February 27, 1839 in Berlin and was buried on March 3, 1839 in the cemetery in Altkünkendorf ( Angermünde district ).
